We employ a quick 3-step approach to identify and fix your unit so you can enjoy cold air in peace!

1. Troubleshooting and diagnosing your unit

After you describe the issue with your aircon, our technician will perform tests to find out what the issue. Depending on the nature of the problem, this could involve checking the condenser outside or partially dismantling the unit to access the fan motor and circuit board.

2. Repairing or replacing broken parts

Once the problem has been found and confirmed, our technicians will then proceed to the next course of action. This may include fixing the broken part on the spot, or scheduling the next visit as we procure a replacement part for your unit. If we need to replace a part, we will first come back to you with a quote. Some parts, such as capacitors, can be replaced on the spot.

3. Recommending further preventive or maintenance techniques

Once your aircon is fixed, our technicians will provide you tips and recommendations on how to take better care of your unit and prevent any further broken parts. We want to ensure your greatest comfort, and we also want to ensure that your aircon lasts!

How many technicians do you usually send?

We typically send only one technician per service request; however, there may be rare cases that we send more, depending on the nature of the service.

Will your technicians inform us before they arrive?

Just wait for a call or text! They will confirm their visit within 30 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment.

Can you remind us of our appointment prior to the scheduled time?

No problem! Our system will send you an automated email a day before your scheduled appointment. Please ensure that the email you have provided us is your current email address; if you can't see it in your inbox, we suggest that you check spam.

Can I reschedule my appointment?

Sure! Just let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment; the earlier the better! We'll try our best to find another open slot for you, but please note that we can't always guarantee that you'll get your first choice. We usually fill up our slots weeks in advance, it may take some time to find some openings.
